Philips & Son was known for advanced locking mechanisms on their locks and safes. On the reverse it is marked 40832. The key measures 2 7/8"l with a 1 7/8"l pin(insert). The bit has multiple stepped notches along the bottom. It measures 1/2"h from the top of the pin.
