Decorative Victorian style 2 part bail handle. The decorative back plate is made of stamped brass. It has a decorative steel bail. The bail is held in place with eyelets which are secured with a nut on the back of the screw part(included). The back plate measures 4 3/4"l x 2"h. The full handle measures 4 3/4"l x 2 5/8"h as pictured (it probably went together the other way, in which case it measures about 2"h.. It has a 3" center to center spacing for attachment. There are no manufacturers markings. 

Some small dents on the large rounded area, probably from where the bail would hit.
