Stamped steel 2 piece plate and bail style handle. Semi-fixed eyelets hold bail in place. Nuts secure the handle in place. Both bail and plate are steel with a japanned copper finish. Some finish loss. The plate measures 4 1/4" l x 1 1/2"h with a 3" center to center distance for mounting screws. With bail, the handle measures 2 1/4"h.
