Decorative Hook Sash Lift 2

Decorative cast iron hook type window sash lift. I can't find this design in any of the usual suspect catalogues, so not sure who made this one. Seen in the Buhl & Sons 1884 catalogue, so possibly Parker & Whipple. Eastlake type design with a decorative element in the middle and a textured background. The plate area measures 1 1/2"l x 1"h. No Manufacturers markings.
