Antique brass clock winding key with the letter A in the handle part. This was probably meant to denote the clock company initials, but I have been unable to identify the specific company. The key measures 2"l x 2"w. The shaft is hollow with a square shape on the inside. The outside of the barrel measures 5/16"diam. The inside measures 3/16 x 3/16". The key has no markings other than the A. It has a nice dark patina over the full surface, showing it has some good age.
