Cast iron and brass antique Eastlake style trunk latch. Pat. date Dec. 6, 1892.  Top latch only. Does not have base part that it would attach into or lock mechanism.  Measures 6 1/2" x 2 3/8". Top part before hinge measures 2 1/4"h x 21/4"w. Bottom section measures 3 3/4"h x 2 3/8"w.
